Jordan Wersinger and Annie Noah added All-American honors to their list of accolades received for the 2020-21 basketball season this week.  The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) have announced their respective All-American recipients and Wersinger and Noah each received recognition.  Wersinger received both NCCAA and NAIA Third-Team Recognition while Noah garnered NAIA Honorable Mention.

Wersinger, a Junior guard from Springfield, Missouri, led the Lady Bobcats in scoring averaging 16.6 points per game and shot 89.7 percent from the free throw line in 2020-21. She also pulled down five rebounds and recorded 3.7 assists per game. Junior forward Annie Noah (Gainesville, MO) shot 54.5 percent from the floor while averaging 11.2 points and 7.7 rebounds per game this season.  She scored in double figures in seven of the Lady Bobcats ten games and approached double-double totals in points and rebounds consistently throughout the 2020-21 campaign.

Wersinger and Noah led the Lady Bobcats to an 8-2 record, an A.I.I. Conference Tournament Championship, and another appearance in the NAIA Women’s Basketball National Championship Tournament in the shortened 2020-21 season.
