Point Lookout, MO - The College of the Ozarks Lady Cats delivered a commanding performance on Friday to cap off Senior Night and kickoff the C of O Homecoming weekend. The Lady Cats defeated Central Christian College 3–0 in a conference matchup at Keeter Gym. With solid play on both sides of the ball, the Lady Cats controlled the pace from start to finish, adding another standout win to their season.
The match was played in three sets, and the Lady Cats controlled each one. They took the first set 25–18, setting the pace early. The momentum continued as they won the second and third sets 25–15. Their steady play throughout the match showed their strong teamwork and determination on the court.
Key contributors for the Lady Cats included Cora Roweton, who led the team with 9 kills. Christa Duffel followed closely with 8 kills and added 5 blocks, while Anna Brunner posted 7 kills and 4 blocks. On defense, Kamryn Link held strong with 17 digs and 16 assists. Anna Howe also had a standout match with 14 digs, 3 aces, and 6 assists. The Lady Cats were sharp at the service line as well, highlighted by Faith Klindworth’s 4 aces.
