In the second quarter, the Lady Cats continued to extend their lead. Garrett knocked down back-to-back three-pointers, and Ozarks maintained control on both ends of the floor. The teams played strong defense, but College of the Ozarks went into halftime leading 48–31.

Mid-America Christian made a push in the third quarter, led by Taliah Lee, cutting into the lead. Despite the run, the Lady Cats stayed composed and finished the quarter ahead 61–55.

The fourth quarter remained competitive as MACU closed the gap and held a brief lead before the Lady Cats pulled away late to secure the 83–75 win.
