Rielly Wallace Named to AVCA All-America Team

Congratulations go out once again to senior setter Rielly Wallace, who has been named to the AVCA (NCCAA DI) All-America Team.

 

On December 9th, the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA)  announced their 11th annual National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Division I Women's Volleyball All-America Team. This is the first year there is a First and Second-Team.

 

In cooperation with its relationship with the NCCAA, the AVCA awards an All-America Team for both NCCAA Divisions I and II, as well as a National Coach of the Year, National Assistant Coach of the Year and National Player of the Year. This year's team honored 14 student-athletes: five seniors, four juniors, three sophomores, and two freshmen.

 

Wallace, a key four-year member of the Lady Bobcats, has amassed some impressive numbers for her career, which include: 4,887 assists, 1,328 digs, 155 blocks, 133 service aces, and a .308 attacking percentage.
