The National Christian College Athletic Association released the ten teams selected to participate in the 2019 World Series, which will be held in Easley, S.C. on May 22-25.
College of the Ozarks Bobcats, after taking second place in the Central Region tournament, have qualified and are ranked No. 7. This will be the Bobcats' first trip to the NCCAA World Series.
All ten teams will participate in four games of pool play over a three-day period, beginning Wednesday, May 22. The top two teams in each of the two pools will advance to play in the semi-finals on Friday evening, with the championship game to be played on Saturday, May 25.
Teams will participate in a Christian Service Project on Tuesday, May 21, by serving at local churches and assisted living homes in Easley, SC
The Bobcats will head to South Carolina early Monday morning and are scheduled to play as follows (weather permitting) – all times listed are Eastern Time:
- Wednesday, 5/22 , 1:00 PM vs. No. 2 Bluefield College (VA)
- Thursday, 5/23, 10:00 AM vs. No. 6 Trinity Christian College (IL)
- Thursday, 5/23, 4:00 PM vs. No. 10 Randall University (OK)
- Friday, 5/24, 10:00 AM vs. No. 3 Warner University (FL)
