Congratulations go out to Ethan Davidson, who was named the A.I.I. Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the second consecutive week.
Davidson posted a double-double in two games as the Bobcats split two road games last week against A.I.I. opponents.
First, the 6-foot-5 forward scored 24 points and had 10 rebounds in a 78-75 loss at Lincoln Christian University (Ill.) last Tuesday. He made nine of his 17 field goals and all six free throw attempts in the contest.
Then, the Hollister, Mo., native tallied 30 points on 10-of-20 shooting, including 3-of-4 from behind the three-point line, in a 74-63 victory at Haskell Indian Nations University (Kan.) last Saturday. He added 11 rebounds and two blocked shots in the game.
For the week, Davidson averaged 27 points and 10.5 rebounds per game, while making 92.9 percent of his 14 free throw attempts.
Ethan is currently ranked NAIA DII ##6 in points per game (25.696) and total scoring (591). He also ranks #9 in defensive rebounds per game (7.565).
