Aryssa is a sophomore joining the Cats from Ozark, Missouri. While in Ozark, Aryssa was cross-country co-captain. This season, Aryssa hopes to bring positivity and intentionality to the team. An exercise science and nutrition major, Speights hopes to become a registered dietitian. She also enjoys hiking, kayaking, getting coffee, going to the lake, and shopping.
