Jay comes to the Bobcats from Stockton, MO for his first season of track. Jay also plays on the basketball team here at the college and had a very successful debut season. During his high school career, Jay earned All-State honors twice and set the 400-meter dash record at Stockton. In basketball, he owned the court and gained many impressive titles. Baxter has received All-Conference (x4), All-District (x4), All-State (x2), Academic All-State (x2), he has also joined the 1500-point club. This season, Baxter hopes to help the team succeed however he can.
