Ty Rush, a Batesville, Arkansas native returns for his sophomore season with the Bobcats. Ty competed on the diamond for Batesville High School, where his efforts got him named East All-Conference, All-State, and East All-Star MVP. During his freshman season, Ty was awarded First Team All-Conference, Maroon Scholar, First-Team All-Regional, NCCAA Conference Newcomer of the Year, and Conference Gold Glove shortstop. Rush had 57 putouts, 91 assists, and batted .379. Continuing his career in maroon, Ty looks to help lead the team to another playoff run. In his free time, Ty enjoys spending his time golfing, fishing, and hunting.
