Blue Eye, MO native Avery Arnold returns for her final season as a Bobcat. During her high school career, Avery earned All-Conference, All-District, and All-State honors. She was also named Defensive Player of the Year and set the Blue Eye school record for three-pointers in a season with a total of 110. Her sophomore season, she was a huge asset to the Lady Cats and played in every game, scoring 104 points. During Avery’s junior season, she contributed 115 points over 34 total games played. This season, Avery hopes to be someone who leads by example in regard to work ethic and attitude, whether that is on or off the court. Avery is finishing up her degree in Human and Molecular Biology with hopes of becoming an anesthesiology assistant. Off the court and outside of studying, she enjoys running, hunting and spending her time with friends and family.
