Oklahoma City – The Sooner Athletic Conference is proud to announce that they will hold a Virtual Media Day for their Women’s Basketball teams on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, starting at 9:30 a.m.

The day will begin with the announcement of the conference pre-season poll that was voted on by the league’s head coaches and will take place at 9 a.m. CT.

Then, starting at 9:30 a.m., SAC Assistant Commissioner Jim Powers sat down with all the head coaches and a selected player in the conference to discuss the upcoming season.
