From Rolla, Missouri, is junior javelin thrower, Praise Phillips. In high school, Phillips played four years of varsity basketball and volleyball. As a sophomore in college, she qualified for the NCCAA Nationals in javelin. Currently, Praise is double majoring in Recreation and Sports Management and Exercise Science. Some of her favorite hobbies include reading, feeding her pet fish, going on walks, and working out. Praise hopes to bring an encouraging attitude and strong work ethic to be a good example to her teammates.
