Emilie Zylstra is a sophomore from Altamont, Kansas. During high school, Emilie attended Labette County High School where she was State Qualifier (x3) in cross country and State Qualifier in the 2 miles for track. Emilie also was awarded the Jessica Pierce Award and was a member of the National Honors Society and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America. As a freshman Bobcat, Emilie was 1st place in the SAC 3000 M steeplechase, and most improved cross-country freshman. Zylstra enjoys sewing, hiking, kayaking, and shopping.
