Don Hoeck
Golf Head Coach
Don Hoeck enters his first season as the head coach of the men’s and women’s golf teams.

No stranger to C of O Athletics, Hoeck has been a part of the Bobcat family since 1998 and has served in various capacities since that time. Hoeck led the Lady Bobcat Volleyball program for 8 seasons from 1999-2006 and Bobcat Baseball for one season in 2001. Before coming to
C of O, Hoeck spent five years as the head women’s basketball coach at Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Hoeck is firmly committed to the mission and goals of the College. His wealth of athletic knowledge and experience has been a mainstay at C of O and will be a valuable asset as he leads the men’s and women’s golf teams into their fourth season.

Hoeck received his BS from Warner Pacific College in Portland, Oregon, his Masters degree from George Williams College in Downers Grove, Illinois, and his Ph.D. from Oregon State University.

In addition to leading the golf program, Hoeck is a full time professor in the College’s Physical Education Department and serves as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Director on campus.

He and his wife Kathy reside in the Branson area.
