College of the Ozarks women's basketball closed out the regular season with a 107-64 road victory over Crowley's Ridge College. The Lady Cats jumped out to a 28-12 lead after one quarter and extended the lead to a 56-22 halftime advantage. CofO shot 56% from the field in the first half to 37% for the Lady Pioneers. Hannah Wisdom had 12 first half point and Kelsie Cleeton had a double double at half with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
The Lady Pioneers bounced back to score 42 second half points, and the Lady Cats countered with 51 of their own. Six CofO players finished in double figures, as Hannah Wisdom led with 18. Madi Brethower was perfect from the three point line (3-3) en route to scoring 15. Cleeton added 13 points and 15 rebounds, while Tristen Underdown and Cass Johnson post 11 rebounds apiece and Maggie McMenamy finished with ten. Brethower led with five assists, and Cleeton nabbed five steals.
CofO shot 55% on the night, 39% from the arc, and 88% from the free throw line. They held a 48-28 rebounding advantage, and forced 20 turnovers to the Pioneers' twelve.
The Lady Bobcats finish the regular season with a 24-4 record. They have the #1 seed in the A.I.I. Conference Tournament, which is hosted at Point Lookout, Friday-Sunday of this week. CofO women will face the winner of (4) Northern New Mexico and (5) Rochester College (MI) at 1:00 on Saturday.
