The College of the Ozarks Lady Bobcats improved their record to 11-6 overall (2-1 MCAC) with a 22-point win over visiting Central Baptist College on Tuesday evening (80-58).
The close of the first half found the Lady Bobcats headed to the locker room with a 43-17 lead and two players, Kayla Kepler and Maggie McMenamy, already in double-figures at 12 apiece. The Bobcats dominated the boards 46-30, and the full Lady ‘Cat bench saw action in the game.
Leading the Bobcats were Kayla Kepler (17 pts.), Maggie McMenamy (14 pts.), Brandy Uchtman (12 pts), and Jordan Graham (11 pts.). Uchtman also led both teams in rebounds with 9, and junior Jordan Graham nabbed 6 steals. Carrying the Mustangs were McKenzie Morris with 14 points and Courtney Davison with 11.
The Lady Bobcats are back in action on their home court this weekend, as they take on #8 ranked College of St. Mary on Friday evening and Waldorf College on Saturday afternoon.
