College of the Ozarks traveled to Leavenworth, Kansas on Monday night coming away with a 92-81 road victory over the host Spires of the University of St. Mary. The Bobcats had 5 players score in double figures led by junior Pete Leonard (pictured), who finished with a career-high 20 points. The supporting cast included junior Derek Daniels with 17, junior Alex Santiago with 14 and senior Nathane Simniok and freshman Cameron Paschke both of whom finished with 12. The Bobcats out-rebounded the Spires 43-31 and finished with an incredible 35-of-38 performance from the foul line. The win improves the Bobcats to 8-2 on the season while USM drops to 4-4. USM was led by freshman Grant Greenberg, a transfer from Northwest Missouri State, who finished with a game-high 35 points.
