Waldorf Recap: Missed opportunities cost the Bobcats in Forest City, Iowa on Friday night, as they fell to Waldorf College, 81-72. The Bobcats were out-rebounded by the Warriors, 50-32, with Waldorf collecting 18 offensive boards. The Bobcats received 19 points from Nathane Simniok, and Derek Daniels finished with 17. Waldorf was led by Trey Scott, who finished with a game-high 28 points.
Bellevue Recap: The Bobcats trailed by 15 (52-37) at half-time, and although they pulled within 3 (65-62) midway through the second half, the Bobcats dropped their second conference road game losing to Bellevue University, 92-82. The Bobcats, who won the rebounding battle (34-23), could not overcome 21 turnovers. Senior Nathane Simniok scored a career-high 38 points, on 15-of-21 from the field and grabbed a game-high 8 rebounds. In addition, Simniok passed the 1,000 career point mark! Derek Daniels and Alex Santiago both chipped in 13 points for the Bobcats. Bellevue was paced by Lee Ames, who scored 22 and grabbed 7 rebounds for the Bruins.
