In a game completely dominated by College of the Ozarks, it was again senior Ethan Murray that led the charge. Murray nailed 8 three-pointers and finished with a game-high 34 points in a 100-87 win over St. Gregory's University in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
The Bobcats added three players who scored in double-figures. Juniors Cameron Paschke and Joe Young scored 17 and 11, respectively. Junior Kiefer Starbird added 10 points, 8 rebounds and 5 blocked shots for the Bobcats. Paschke and Young added 8 and 7 assists, respectively, while senior Skyler Frazier led the Cats with 9 rebounds. College of the Ozarks, who led 50-40 at the half, out rebounded the host Cavaliers, 41-33.
Currently ranked #11 in the NAIA DII Coaches' Poll, the Cats also rank in the top 10 in free throw percentage (#2 with78.2%), total assists (#3 with 230), assists per game (#7 with 19.17), and total 3-point field goals made (#9 with 123). Murray ranks #1 in total 3-point field goals made, #2 in 3-pt FG made per game, #4 in total scoring, and #10 in points per game. Kiefer Starbird ranks #3 in total blocks and #4 in blocks per game, while Cameron Paschke ranks #5 in total assists and #9 in assists per game.
The Bobcats are now 11-1 on the season.
