Seniors Pete Leonard and Derek Daniels led the College of the Ozarks Bobcats to their 15th win of the season on Friday evening as they posted 30 points apiece to defeat York College 91-80.
While the Bobcats led most of the way, there was a stretch in the second half where York tied the score and grabbed the edge, but the Bobcats managed to tough it out and reclaim the lead.
Leonard was an impressive 14-of-15 from the field, while Daniels hit 4-of-7 three pointers and added a team-leading 8 rebounds. Alex Santiago dished 8 assists to support their efforts. Leading York with 15 points each were Devaun Evans and Josh Bates.
