The College of the Ozarks men captured their 20th win of the season defeating Crowley's Ridge College on Tuesday night, 97-59, in Paragould, Arkansas.
The Bobcats, who led 49-21 at halftime, were in complete control from the opening tip and had six players score in double-figures. Senior Cameron Paschke paved the way for C of O with a game-high 21 points, while adding 4 assists. Sophomore Ryan Burland scored 13 points, and Ethan Davidson and Heath Carmichael both finished with 11 points. Senior Kiefer Starbird and freshman DeMon Hyler both scored 10 points apiece. Hyler also added a team-high 5 assists. Davidson finished with a double-double by grabbing 10 rebounds, as C of O out-rebounded the host Pioneers, 55-41. Senior Chandler Hall added 9 rebounds of his own for the Bobcats. CRC was led by senior Cade Niswonger's 11 points.
The Bobcats' record now stands at 20-8 on the season entering this weekend's A.I.I. Conference Tournament being hosted by C of O. The Bobcats are slated to play at 5 PM on Friday against Indiana University Northwest.
