College of the Ozarks men's basketball picked up their second win of the weekend and the Bobcats' 7th on the season as they defeated McPherson College, 76-73, on Saturday afternoon in the Bellevue Classic.
Junior Cameron Paschke led the Bobcats with 25 points, hitting 5 three-pointers, as well as grabbing two steals and four rebounds. Paschke was accompanied on offense by Ethan Murray with 13 points (and 6 total rebounds). On the defensive side, Joe Young gathered 14 rebounds and posted 11 points for his third double-double of the season, while Kiefer Starbird contributed 14 points and 4 blocks alongside Skyler Frazier's 10 rebounds and 4 assists.
In Friday's big win (76-65) over #8 ranked Bellevue, Paschke and Murray each tallied 22 points, with Paschke going 3-3 in treys. Frazier led the Cats' rebounding with 6, followed by Young and Paschke with 5 apiece. Starbird collected 4 blocks.
The Bobcats (7-1) will return to their home court on Tuesday, December 1, at 7 PM to take on Baptist Bible College.
