Harrison's Schuh and Humphrey Join Bobcats

Logan Schuh and Hunter HumphreyHead Bobcat Baseball Coach Neale Richardson recently added two new players to next year’s team—Logan Schuh and Hunter Humphrey.

Logan Schuh graduated from Harrison High School in 2014 and played at North Arkansas College in Harrison during the 2015 season.  His accomplishments during his senior year included: all-conference selection, .408 batting average, .533 on-base percentage, 24 runs scored, and nine RBI.  Schuh’s primary position was at catcher, where he threw out 75% of baserunners.

Hunter Humphrey graduated from Harrison High School in 2015 and played third base, batted clean-up, and occasionally provided pitching support.  Hunter was a three-sport athlete, playing baseball, basketball, and football.  He received all-state and all-conference honors in baseball, as well as being named all-conference in football.

Humphrey and Schuh join their Harrison teammate Drew Fitzgerald, whom the Bobcats signed earlier this year.  Harrison High School claimed the Arkansas class 5 State Championship in 2015.  Left-handed pitcher Drew Fitzgerald won the championship game 2-1 and was named state tournament MVP.   Humphrey drove in the game-tying run and scored the winning run in the championship game.

Coach Richardson is excited about the abilities these players will bring to the 2015-16 Bobcat team.
