The Lady Bobcats golf team traveled to Marshall, Mo. to play in the Missouri Valley College Invitational at Indian Foothills Golf Course.

The tournament featured a snow-delayed start, and the course played about 5,800 yards for the women.  Six teams participated, and College of the Ozarks finished in fourth place following two days of play.

Congratulations go out to Lady Bobcat Bekah Goodwin, who shot 80/87 to claim second place overall.  Goodwin was tied with Mikala Jungmeyer of Columbia College who shot 81/86, but Jungmeyer captured the scorecard playoff to claim first place. Kate Voss improved her game by four strokes on Tuesday (93/89) to finish in the Top 10.  Full scoring details are available here.

The ladies will be off this coming weekend and travel to the Williams Baptist Invitational in Mountain Home, Ark. for their final tournament of the regular season on April 23-24.
